I booked in with Lorna as a last minute wash and wet cut. I had my hair cut many months ago at another salon but unfortunately it was tp how I wanted it. It did grow but still it wasn’t quite right. Lorna read my note I had left on the booking and spoke to me about it and she took it all on board too. It was cut to all one length and it looked fantastic. It feels healthy and finally full of life again. She was great from start to finish and I couldn’t fault at all. All the ladies are so sweet and welcoming, I will be going back when I need another hair cut. Thank you so much for sorting my hair ❤️

I had my first treatment yesterday since the salon reopened. My massage was amazing and made me feel so relaxed after 6 months of waiting. The staff are always so helpful and professional and the refurbishment is absolutely stunning. However, unfortunately the managers had to contend with an extremely rude entitled client and I just wanted to say how unfair I thought she was being towards staff and also surrounding clients.

Had a fabulous 2 hour treatment with Kelly. Lovely hot stone massage followed by a relaxing facial. She clearly loves what she does and it shows in the professional treatment she gave me. My skin feels amazing. Would definitely recommend.

It was my first time using Tranquillity today. From the moment I stepped foot inside to the moment I left, I felt very comfortable and welcome. The salon and adjacent rooms were very clean and well maintained. Every staff member acknowledged me and said hello. It felt like a nice place to be. I'm a 42yo man who's never had a facial or any type of beauty treatment, so I didn't know what to expect. Too many years not looking after my skin thoroughly caught up. I booked in for a kickstart type skin regime, called Skinstorm Resurface and Heal. My appointment was carried out by a lovely lady called Tracey. She was amazing. She explained the different stages as we progressed throughout the treatment. She was very easy to talk to and explained the differences in experiences of what I was having done vs more traditional spa like facials, like the vitamin C. Again as it was my first time she made everything very easy to understand. I felt so relaxed. My shoulder and neck massage was nothing short of elite tbh. Great Staff, Great Salon and great experience. Thank you. The only issue, and its trivial, is the sofa isn't designed for 6ft1 guys in the waiting area haha.

As a beauty therapist myself, my line of work really takes its toll on my body specifically my back. I have been to several massage therapists in the past and NOBODY compares to jasmine at tranquility! Since having my first massage with Jasmine a few months ago, I have returned back every month for regular massages. Jasmine is a very skilled massage therapist, the best I have come across. Not only is she a lovely lady… she is full of so much knowledge and has given me so much advise on how to look after my body regarding my like of work… plus her hands are magical! I have and will continue to recommend her to everyone! The salon is beautiful and always clean and the staff are lovely and also professional - highly reccomend!!
